2024 Quicksilver® 4-Stroke Outboard Powerheads

A Quicksilver® outboard powerhead can get you back on the water in record time without breaking the bank. Quicksilver offers a wide variety of remanufactured powerheads for Mercury® and Mariner® outboards between 75 and 300hp. Each is remanufactured with factory precision using 100% Mercury parts and the latest engineering revisions. Usually more affordable than rebuilding a worn or damaged engine, a Quicksilver powerhead is an ideal choice for powerhead replacement.

Features may include:

• All Quicksilver remanufactured powerheads are backed by a one-year limited warranty. Up to an additional two years of Major Assembly Protection (MAP) coverage are available for select remanufactured powerheads.

• To ensure the durability of the remanufactured powerhead, each engine block is cleaned using a sonic process. This assures the powerhead is completely cleaned, without the need for abrasive cleaners that could remove protective coatings or leave behind particles of debris.

• Quicksilver offers you options. If the original powerhead is relatively new, an affordable Quicksilver remanufactured longblock is a great choice because you can reuse your existing dress components. We also offer fully dressed remanufactured powerheads that come complete with an all-new wiring harness, fueling system, charging components and more, which can save labor cost and get you back on the water in a hurry.
